Promoted views
Put a reel in front of more people nearby, marked “Promoted”. Buy views when you need them — on any plan. They don't expire for a year.
Prices follow local demand: when more shops nearby are boosting, views there cost more (up to 3×). You always see your area's price before you pay, and it's fixed for that purchase.
Prices include VAT where it applies. You pay securely with Stripe; Hasik Labs never sees your card.
Questions
What is a promoted view?
One person nearby seeing your reel in their feed, marked “Promoted”. Promoted reels appear between other reels to people within your plan's reach (5 km on Free, 15 km on Pro, 40 km on Max). We count a view when the reel is shown, at most once per person per day.
What happens to views I don't use?
Views included in Pro and Max are for that calendar month and don't carry over. Views you buy stay in your balance for a year. If you end a boost early, views that weren't shown go back.
Why does the price of views change?
It follows local demand: when other shops near you are boosting at the same time, a view there costs more. You always see your area's price before you pay, and it's fixed for that purchase.
What do founding shops get?
The first 100 shops on Haseek get Pro free until 31 March 2027. If you subscribe to Pro, you keep 50% off for as long as you stay subscribed (one shop per person; Max is full price). Nothing changes automatically: we'll remind you before the free period ends.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free has everything a shop needs to be found: shop page, products, reservations, messages and 3 reels a week. Pro adds unlimited reels, 90 days of statistics, monthly promoted views and a wider reach.
