Delete your Haseek account

In the app

Open Profile › Delete account and confirm. This works the same on iPhone and Android, and takes effect straight away.

Without the app

Email hasiktechnologies@gmail.com from the email address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We'll delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in details, your name and your notification settings.
• Your shops with their reels, photos and products, if you run any.
• Your reservations (open ones are cancelled first, so shops know), saves, follows, favourite categories and learned interests.
• Your push notification tokens on every device.

What is kept

• Messages you sent stay visible to the person you sent them to, shown as from “Deleted user”.
• Usage events kept under a pseudonym (see the privacy policy) can no longer be traced back to you and expire after 180 days.
• If a shop of yours had a paid plan, it ends with the account. Payment records that the law requires us to keep are kept for the period the law sets.
